BODY RESET

The BODY RESET program is comprised of three pillars for success; consultation, training, and supervision.

Consult & Program Design

 

The first step is a consult with Harley. The consult is an in-office meeting where Harley will discuss your nutritional and physical history, expectations, limitations, etc. and develop a plan tailored to you based on that. This includes diet coaching, and nutrition and fitness program design. Consults can be done via videoconferencing if you're not located in the LA area. Rate: given on request

Training Sessions 

​

Next, the personalized training begins. All training sessions are according to Harley's specific plan for you. We do them at our ultra private studio here in West Hollywood. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Harley does some training, but we also have two associate trainers, who are the best of the best and train according to Harley's plan for you. Rate: Harley will discuss rate with you at the consult

 

Weekly Supervision (optional, but highly recommended, even more so than training sessions)

And last but definitely not least, supervision. There are 168 hours in a week, and even if you’re working out five times a week, there are still 163 hours that you’re not working out. It’s what you’re doing in that time that’s far more impactful. 

Weekly supervision includes:

 

  • Diet monitoring and consultation

  • Personalized resistance exercise program, with frequent modifications for maximum results.

  • N.E.A.T. (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) monitoring and consultation.

  • Sleep monitoring and consultation.

  • Stress management (including tech use) monitoring and consultation.
